How to create your custom package?

Most startup food companies need to create custom package before coming into the market. With rich experience of custom flexible package, we share as following:

        1. Volume

Firstly make a decision about the capacity of each individual package, like 500g coffee per bag or 200g nuts per can.

        2. Container

Choose the package container according to the capacity and consumers’ habits, such as plastic bags, paper bags, aluminum can, glass can, plastic can, paper box etc.

        3.Shape and size of container

Choose a good shape of the container such as stand up pouch or flat pouch, and then test the size of pouch with some samples.

        4.Material of package

Choose the material of the container. Different material can affect the appearance of package, price of package and especially the shelf life of products.

       5.Custom printing

 It is very important. Find a good designer to design your print artwork.

       6.Details

 Make sure the details of the container such as zipper and handle with the manufacturer.
