How to create your stand up pouch?

Stand up pouches are used widely used in food package industry. 

With perfect shape and bottom gusset, it is very good to show products on shelf. 

People can carry the pouches very conveniently and store them in home.

1. Volume

Firstly make a decision about the volume of each individual package, like 1 lb coffee per pouch or 10 oz cookies per pouch.

2. Style of stand up pouch

There are 4 main styles of stand up pouch according to the styles of the bottom gusset:

Doyan style pouch, K style pouch, plow style pouch and flat bottom pouch.

3. Size

Test the size of pouch with some samples according to the volume.

Make sure other details on the pouch according to the feature of your products. 

Need to hang the pouch on shelf: add a hanging hole.

Need to be resealable: add a zipper.

Need people to smell the products before purchasing: add a air hole.
